Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant operations with the General Manager, focusing on guest-centric service and consistent food quality while ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will lead team members, train staff, monitor performance, and drive improvements in guest experience, safety, and efficiency, with opportunities for advancement and benefits like daily pay and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6+ months of restaurant operations experience.
• English communication required; baseline reading, writing, math and POS skills.
• Must have access to adequate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand image through restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and service.
• Treat all team members with respect and dignity.
• Follow guidelines and protocols to achieve excellent operational performance.
• Encourage restaurant teams to deliver excellent guest service and food quality following brand systems and safety requirements.
• Work with teammates to drive long-term sales growth initiatives for profitability.
• Review and modify operations to continuously improve guest experience.
• Support General Manager in identifying and training internal candidates for Shift Lead positions.
• Assist in training employees and ensure operations meet standards.
• Interact with guests, respond to questions/concerns, and resolve issues promptly with a positive tone.
• Assist in using management tools to analyze restaurant performance and identify improvements.
• Identify trends and drive actions for improvements.
• Monitor costs and adherence to budget and restaurant goals.
• Comply with state and federal labor laws and regulations.
