Job summary

Premier Resources is seeking a Shift Lead to assist in running daily restaurant operations. You will uphold brand standards, ensure clean facilities, and deliver exceptional guest service and food quality.

You’ll also lead a team, train staff, and work with the General Manager to drive growth and profitability. The role requires a minimum of 6 months restaurant ops experience, 18+ years old, and HS diploma or equivalent, with English communication and basic POS skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Basic reading, writing, math and POS skills required.
• Must have access to adequate transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains brand image with clean restaurant and excellent service.
• Treats team members with respect and dignity.
• Follows guidelines to achieve operational excellence.
• Leads guest service and food quality per brand systems and safety requirements.
• Works with team to drive long-term sales growth and profitability.
• Reviews and adapts processes to improve guest experience.
• Assists in training and developing internal candidates for shift lead roles.
• Supports GM in staff training and adherence to standards.
• Interacts with guests and community and resolves questions/concerns professionally.
• Uses management tools to analyze restaurant performance and identify improvement trends.
• Monitors costs and budget adherence to goals.
• Complies with labor laws and regulations.
