Job summary

Front Range Holdings is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader for Burger King in Montrose, CO. The role involves supervising a team, managing opening/closing duties, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations during shifts.

You will be responsible for daily food prep, maintaining inventory, and assisting with paperwork. Must be 18+, able to work weekends/holidays, and lift up to 50 pounds. Competitive hourly wages with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees.
• Delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize waste and theft.
• Assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food.
• Oversee food preparation and service operations during shifts.
• Assist team members during rush periods to maintain restaurant efficiency.
• Complete daily food prep including meat/vegetable slicing and portioning.
• Assist in daily/weekly paperwork and store maintenance.
