RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a winning team during fast-paced shifts, set the tone, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will oversee food service, stocking, cleaning, cash handling, and help maintain safety and standards; 2-3 years retail/restaurant experience and 1+ year leadership preferred; high school diploma; competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when necessary.
• Manage shift change communications and ensure alignment throughout the day.
