Job summary

The Little Beet in NYC’s Midtown East is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to join a fast-paced, supportive team. You’ll help ensure guest satisfaction, manage orders, and assist with opening/closing tasks while upholding clean, welcoming spaces across Convive Brands concepts.

This role offers growth opportunities, team collaboration, and a schedule that supports work-life balance in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training.
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast, a plus.
• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests throughout the visit.
• Receive orders, enter into POS, and coordinate with the kitchen as needed.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Open, mid, and closing procedures and daily checklist completion.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization per checklists.
• Assist with patio setup and outdoor maintenance where applicable.
