Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, seeks motivated Assistant Managers to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will lead shifts, supervise a team, and ensure excellent service and quality.

There are strong growth opportunities into General Manager and multi-store leadership roles, with paid training and benefits. Flexible scheduling supports evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — training provided)

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed
