Job summary

Gaube Enterprises, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Lead shifts, supervise staff, manage cash, inventory, and costs while ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.

Ideal candidates are team players with strong leadership and multitasking abilities, willing to train and advance into General Manager and multi-store leadership roles within the franchise.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!)

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
• Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed
