Job summary

Gaube Enterprises, an independently owned Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking motivated Assistant Managers to help oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes leadership, multitasking, and ownership of shifts, with strong opportunities to grow into General Manager and franchise leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong leadership, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Previous food service or leadership experience preferred (but not required — we train!).

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service and food quality.
• Supervise team members, assign tasks, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
• Manage cash handling, inventory control, and cost management.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure company policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards are followed at all times.
• Assist with food preparation, stocking, and general store operations as needed.
