Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Open availability including AM/PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lead and coach front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Jump in wherever needed - taking orders, running food, making drinks, or assisting guests.
• Manage shift flow and communication between FOH and BOH, monitor ticket times and guest experience.
• Support team during peak periods with in-the-moment coaching and leadership.
• Open or close the restaurant using established checklists and procedures.
• Lead by example in cleanliness, hospitality, and work ethic.
• Handle guest recovery and escalate larger issues when necessary.
• Uphold Dish Society values of hospitality, pride, growth, and connectedness.
