Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of restaurant or supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• Legal right to work in the US.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet service time standards.

Responsabilités

• Assign, direct, and follow up on Crew team members to ensure quality service.
• Provide coaching, instruction, and performance feedback to staff.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and assist with on-the-job training and advancement opportunities.
• Assist with opening or closing procedures and monitor cost control measures to minimize waste.
