Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to legally work in the US.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to come to work regularly and promptly.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to comply with all food safety regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet required service time standards.
• Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification.
• 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assign and direct Crew team members to daily tasks and ensure timely service.
• Provide coaching, instruction, and follow-through to crew members.
• Ensure proper training of crew and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor product quality, service, and cost controls; assist with opening/closing.
