Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/hospitality operations preferred.
• Ability to supervise during non-peak hours and coordinate with management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand and PTC restaurant standards.
• Execute shift plan and supervise team.
• Monitor cash handling and register procedures.
• Ensure hospitality and Speed of Service goals.
• Provide direction to team during shifts.
• Adhere to safety and dress code policies.
• Train and cross-train team members as directed.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
