Job summary

{{Tier1usa}} is seeking a hands-on line leader to oversee shift start-up, line runs, and end-of-day closing in a food production facility in Florida. You will ensure correct materials and labels, maintain VPS-driven production targets, and uphold GMP/USDA requirements.

You will guide and train leads, support floor balancing, and maintain strict safety and hygiene practices. The role requires strong English communication, ability to work in a cold environment, and willingness to work early

Qualifications

• Must be able to work around moving equipment (trays, carts).
• Must serve as a Role model and leader in the department.
• Good communication skills – Speak, Read and Write English.
• Must be able to stand/walk/bend.
• Must be able to work in a cold environment (38–40°F) for up to 8–10 hours with insulated clothing.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the setup and execution of all line runs, including opening and closing duties.
• Ensure correct materials are set up and the picker queues the correct PDL and labels for each run.
• Verify quantities of SKUs produced and adherence to VPS throughout the day.
• Support GMP and BRC compliance on the floor and ensure safety standards are followed.
• Ensure line work is completed to quality and efficiency standards.
• Assist PCC in balancing floor teams and cover lead roles as needed.
• Leads must be trained on all positions and adhere to USDA, FDA, GMP standards.
