Job summary

Convive Brands’ Le Pain Quotidien in Thousand Oaks is seeking friendly, service-oriented team members to deliver warm hospitality and standout guest experiences. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure a clean, welcoming dining room throughout your shift.

Eligible applicants typically have 3–6 months of restaurant experience, familiarity with POS systems (Toast preferred), and flexibility to be cross-trained across dining room and retail spaces.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 months of related restaurant experience or training
• Experience with POS systems, especially Toast
• Flexibility in schedule and cross-training across dining room and retail space preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service to guests throughout the visit.
• Receive food and beverage orders, enter into the POS, and coordinate with the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs and note preferences.
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures; daily checklists and side work.
• Keep all areas clean and organized per cleaning checklists.
• Assist with setting up patio and outdoor seating as applicable.
