Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or convenience store environment, with some supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with cash handling, inventory management, and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates during your shift, ensuring adherence to policies and excellent service.
• Assign tasks such as stocking, cash register operation, customer assistance, and store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor new employees on operations, customer service, and safety protocols.
