CrossAmerica Partners is seeking a Store Shift Lead to oversee daily operations of our convenience store on shift. You will manage staff, ensure smooth operations, and deliver excellent customer service while handling cash and inventory responsibilities.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Flexible schedules and part-time options are available with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail or convenience store experience preferred.
• Some supervisory or leadership experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates during your shift, ensuring policies and customer service are followed.
• Assign tasks to associates and maintain store cleanliness and efficiency.
• Train and mentor new employees on operations, customer service, and safety protocols.
• Address concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, balance cash drawers, and ensure operational procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory and shelf displays, rotate stock (FIFO) and report discrepancies.
