Qualifications

• Supervisory or leadership experience in retail is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store associates on shift, ensuring policy compliance and quality service.
• Assign tasks, train new staff, and address concerns professionally.
• Open/close the store, balance cash drawers, and manage cash handling.
• Oversee stocking, displays, and FIFO inventory rotation.
• Monitor security, reduce loss, and maintain store standards.
• Complete shift reports and support store manager with operations.
