Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management and supervisory abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to learn other software.
• Solid mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to read, understand, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory training and related activities.
• Drive brand values and standards through training and development.
• Assist with coaching and development of management and crew members.
• Support hiring and staffing needs for under-staffed cafes.
• Facilitate new software rollouts and training.
• Ensure training programs meet brand standards.
• Interact with team, customers, and vendors using company values.
• Deliver hospitality to every customer.
• Be knowledgeable in all cafe positions and participate in the Trainer program.
• Train and coach crew during shifts to uphold standards.
• Use tools to manage labor and control inventory.
• Perform additional tasks to run the cafe.
