Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café in Mustang, OK is seeking a Shift Leader (OK027) to oversee daily operations and staff development. Starting wage range is $10.00–$13.00 per hour, with full-time and/or part-time opportunities based on cafe needs and hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word, and ability to learn to use other computer software programs.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inventory training and drive brand standards.
• Coach, train and develop management and crew members.
• Assist with hiring and staffing to address under-staffed cafes.
• Support any new software rollouts and training.
• Ensure training programs meet TSC and DYNE standards.
• Train crew during each shift to uphold brand standards.
• Use MyInventory to manage labor and inventory.
• Perform additional tasks to run the cafe.
• Interact with crew, customers and vendors following DYNE values.
• Deliver unparalleled hospitality to every customer.
