Job summary

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG) is seeking a Shift Lead to organize shift schedules, monitor attendance, and assign missions to operators for efficient operations. The role requires coordinating with staff and maintaining equipment readiness.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a similar role, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and strong decision-making and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Organize shift schedules for production staff - vehicle operators, depot specialists.
• Monitor attendance, shrinkage and managing time offs.
• Assign duties to staff based on role and skills.
• Coordinate schedules with staff and assist with tasks as necessary.
• Cover for absences and shortfalls in staffing.
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements.
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment.
