Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Bear, Delaware is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Operations team. This role supports the General Manager and Area Manager, guiding staff to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain high standards during peak hours.

You will manage tasks, ensure safety and cleanliness, and help control labor costs while promoting Capriotti’s values. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to supervise and delegate responsibilities.
• Capable of fast-paced environment and team leadership.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Delegate duties and assign tasks to ensure readiness for guests.
• Foster team environment by recognizing accomplishments.
• Follow inventory control procedures and policies.
• Handle cash, sanitation and safety, and store policies during shifts.
• Assist with labor management costs.
• Model Capriotti’s values and culture.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across shop.

• Prepare Capriotti’s menu items to standards.
• Oversee food quality production for standards.
• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of dining areas.
