Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine.
• Oversee team members’ completion of Shift Excellence tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly.
• Assist the GM in screening team member candidates.
