Popeyes in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure top service and food quality. In this role, you'll lead by example, monitor performance, and keep the operation running smoothly during your shift.

You will collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe environment, manage cash handling and inventory, assist with scheduling, and respond quickly to guest needs while upholding Popeyes' standards and values.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.
