Popeyes in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, coach and support team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example and help build a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll also manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and safety, while delivering top service and quality food that aligns with Popeyes standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations during your shift.
