Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership experience or directing others.
• 1 year of POS/cash handling responsibilities in related industry.
• Availability of at least three shifts per week to meet business needs.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity, manage task deployment, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through genuine engagement, craft, and friendly service.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming coffeebar and model professional conduct.
• Open/close routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and updating visuals during shifts.
• Adapt to changing priorities and use good judgment to keep shifts running smoothly.
