Job summary

Peet's Coffee is hiring a part-time Shift Lead in Napa, CA to supervise daily operations, lead team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience leading a team or directing others.
• 1 year of experience handling POS/cash responsibilities in a retail/food service setting.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country where this job is located (United States).
• Must be able to comply with company policies including those regarding minors and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity by managing task deployment and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by modeling engaging service, quality product, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support a positive team environment through clear communication, collaboration, accountability, and reliability.
• Ensure opening/closing routines, cash handling, inventory tasks, and visual updates are completed during shifts.
