Job summary

Swig Battlefield is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily store operations and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure cleanliness, safety, and efficient service while following Swig’s standards.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, managing deposits, stocking, and ensuring accurate to-go and delivery orders. A food handler permit is required, and previous restaurant experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay with tips included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a food handler's permit.

Responsibilities

• Complete store checklists and manage deposits.
• Train, mentor, and communicate with team members.
• Stock, prep, and rotate food, supplies, and chemicals.
• Craft drinks and food following procedures.
• Assist with to-go and delivery orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and welcome guests.
