ADP, Inc. is seeking a Store Shift Lead to manage daily operations, train staff, and ensure tasks align with company standards and procedures.

You will lead bakers and drivers, deliver friendly, fast service, manage labor costs, maintain a clean environment, ensure accurate cash handling, and support the manager as needed while promoting a positive team culture.

Open positions include both full-time and part-time shifts with a typical 8-hour schedule and eligibility for tips as supplemental pay.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

A Shift Lead oversees daily operations of the store. Leads, trains, and delegates duties to employees and makes sure all tasks are done correctly. Responsible for providing outstanding customer service, fostering a positive work environment and being an employee of hard work and dedication to the company, while being able to strictly follow corporate brand standards and operating procedures.

• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Support the Manager in any necessary responsibilities
• Train, coach and lead bakers, drivers and shift leads
• Delegate tasks to learn and hold accountable
• Provide friendly and fast service for customers
• Manage staff efficiently to control labor costs
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are properly followed
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
