Mo' Bettahs in Payson, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations. Shift Leads perform Team Member duties with added leadership to ensure a smooth-running shift and high service standards.

In this role you will help coach the team, ensure quality food preparation, and maintain customer relations. Part-time schedule with flexible shifts may be available, and prior restaurant experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads are trained to perform all Team Member duties with added leadership to ensure a smooth-running shift.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product prep, delivery, customer relations, and maintenance.
• Lead the team to provide customers with fast, accurate service and a great experience.
