Mo’ Bettahs is looking for a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and support the team on a busy shift in Payson, Utah. You’ll step in for the General Manager or MIT when needed, ensuring product prep, delivery, and service meet company standards while delivering a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead shift duties in the absence of GM or MIT to ensure smooth operations
• Assist with compliance to company standards in product prep, delivery, service, and restaurant maintenance
• Help lead the team to provide fast, accurate service and great customer experience

Skills

18+ age requirement
