Job summary

Mo' Bettahs in West Jordan, UT seeks a part-time Shift Lead to support daily operations, guide Team Members, and ensure a smooth shift. Shift Leads are trained to perform Team Member duties and take on leadership roles in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training.

The role includes a fast-paced environment with emphasis on service quality. You will help with food preparation, customer service, and maintaining restaurant standards, while stepping in for the GM when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and assist Team Members.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across operations.
• Oversee product preparation, delivery, and customer relations.
• Manage restaurant maintenance and team performance.
