Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is looking for shift leads to supervise Team Members during shifts, ensuring smooth operation and leadership in the absence of a manager. You will help uphold standards in food prep, delivery, and customer relations while guiding the team to deliver fast, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads are trained to perform all duties of Team Members with added leadership responsibilities during shifts.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
• Lead the team to provide customers with fast, accurate service and a great experience.
