Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to help run the restaurant with the Team Members, ensuring fast, accurate service and a great guest experience. You’ll support the General Manager in training and guiding staff, handle day-to-day problems, and help maintain cleanliness and standards.

This full-time role offers flexible shifts, meals at work, employee discounts, and benefits. Previous restaurant experience is preferred, and you must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with compliance with company standards in food prep, delivery, maintenance, and customer relations.
• Support the General Manager or MIT in leadership duties during their absence.
• Help deliver fast, accurate service to customers.
