Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to support daily operations, mentor Team Members, and step into the leadership role when the GM is unavailable. You’ll help with product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and staff management to ensure smooth shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and ensure smooth shifts.
• Lead the team in the absence of the GM or MIT.
• Help ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation (food prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance, and team management).
• Guide the team to deliver fast, accurate service and the best customer experience.
