Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts
• Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service and accurate orders
• Help maintain standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily shift operations
• Train and coach team members on procedures, food preparation, and service expectations
• Delegate tasks and maintain productivity during busy periods
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and restaurant organization
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently
• Support the General Manager and management team with daily goals
• Create a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Lead by example and ensure policies and procedures are followed
