Job summary

Charleys Cheesesteaks in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest experiences, and support our growing team at 12011 S Las Vegas Blvd.

You will supervise team members, ensure food quality and safety, manage opening/closing, handle cash, and work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Delegate tasks and maintain a positive, productive team environment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food quality, speed of service, and presentation meet Charleys standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift accountability.
• Support inventory management, stocking, and operational efficiency.
• Train and coach team members on company standards and procedures.
• Communicate daily goals, promotions, and operational updates to the team.
• Support management in achieving sales, labor, and operational goals.
• Report operational or employee concerns to management promptly.
