Sbarro in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily restaurant operations and coach the team to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service. You will lead by example, ensure high standards, and help manage opening/closing tasks while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure guests receive outstanding customer service and accurate orders.
• Help maintain Sbarro standards for food quality, speed, and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily shift operations.
• Train and coach team members on company procedures, food preparation, and service expectations.
• Delegate tasks and maintain productivity during busy periods.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, food preparation, and overall restaurant organization.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Support the General Manager and management team with daily operational goals.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Lead by example and ensure team members are following Sbarro policies and procedures.
