Sbarro is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to help guide our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will support daily operations, supervise team members, and help ensure guests receive high-quality food and excellent service.

Lead by example, delegate tasks, and maintain cleanliness while upholding safety standards. This role offers opportunities to train staff, manage shift procedures, and contribute to daily goals in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory or lead experience in food service preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support team during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Delegate tasks and maintain productivity and morale
• Deliver excellent customer service and address guest concerns
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
