Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running daily shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You will take ownership, guide others, and ensure Team Members complete duties while serving safe, high-quality food with a friendly attitude.

You will help maintain a safe, welcoming restaurant environment for Team Members and customers, handling complaints with a smile and enforcing cash, security, inventory and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Take ownership and help others; seek help when needed and guide teammates.
• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Make the restaurant a safe place for Team Members to work and for customers to visit.
