As leader on duty, you will coach staff, manage shifts, handle cash, and assist with opening/closing tasks while maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks to maintain productivity during peak periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
