Mo' Bettahs in Riverdale, UT is seeking a Part-time Shift Lead to support daily operations and mentor Team Members.

You will help ensure smooth-running shifts, uphold company standards in product preparation, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant cleanliness, and assist with team management and shift coverage. This role requires quick thinking, reliable presence, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads are trained to perform all duties that Team Members do, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running shift.
• Assists with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned.
• Helps lead the team in giving our customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.
• May be required to work flexible schedules and cover shifts as needed.
