Mo' Bettahs in Saint George, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations and step in for the General Manager or Manager in Training when needed. This role supports ensuring a great customer experience with fast, accurate service.

You will help maintain product prep, delivery, and restaurant maintenance while guiding team members to meet company standards and service goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift duties and ensure a smooth-running shift in the absence of the GM/MIT.
• Assist with product preparation, delivery, and restaurant maintenance.
• Help the team deliver fast, accurate service and great customer experience.
