Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Attendance and Punctuality a must.

Responsabilités

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintaining positive relations.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and inventory.
• Train Team Members and provide feedback on performance.
