Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training requirements including the Zaxbys Shift Leader Development Plan and Food Safety Certification.
• Create a culture of high-performance and train team members.
• Mentor and coach team members, communicating performance concerns.
• Maintain operational standards and comply with all guidelines and procedures.
• Enhance guest experiences by ensuring that team members exceed guest expectations.
