Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to help manage daily operations, lead the team, and ensure a smooth shift, especially when the GM or MIT is absent. You will support product prep, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance while upholding company standards and delivering fast, accurate service.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, be authorized to work in the US, and have restaurant experience preferred.
