Job summary

Shift Leads are trained to perform all duties of Team Members, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smoothly running shift, especially when the General Manager or Manager in Training is absent.

They assume that leadership role, help ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
