Sizzling Platter LLC in Pinellas Park, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to guide Crew Members, ensure ops standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will act as the leader on duty, coaching staff and coordinating with management to maintain performance, quality, and speed.

The role requires strong communication and leadership abilities, with a preference for prior restaurant or leadership experience.

• Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Crew Members during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide coaching, direction, and real-time feedback to team members.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure product quality, accuracy, and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor and enforce food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness requirements.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting.
• Delegate tasks effectively to maintain productivity during peak business periods.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members.
