Job summary

Due’ Cucina Italiana in West Seattle is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise the team during shifts, drive food quality, service timelines, and safety, and support both kitchen and front-of-house roles.

You will help manage breaks, opening/closing procedures, and assist with training. The position offers hourly pay with tips, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance, free meals on shift, and opportunities for rapid promotion for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years kitchen management experience in a full service, moderate to high volume restaurant.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a dynamic environment.
• Food Handler’s card and Alcohol Server Permit where required (within stated timeframes).

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire team during assigned shifts.
• Drive product quality, customer service, kitchen timelines, and food safety.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, portions, and operating procedures.
• Monitor inventory, breaks, and labor for compliance.
• Support FOH team to ensure smooth service.
