Mo' Bettahs in Spanish Fork, UT is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the shift, support the General Manager, and ensure smooth operations. You will assist with product prep, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and team management to deliver fast, accurate service.

The role emphasizes leadership during shifts, with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work part-time. Prior restaurant experience is preferred while customer satisfaction remains a priority.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Shift Leads are trained to perform all Team Member duties with additional leadership responsibilities to ensure smooth shifts.
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in operations, including product preparation, delivery, customer relations, and restaurant maintenance.
