Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited seeks a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team in our restaurant. You will guide crew and fellow managers during each shift, ensuring quick, friendly service and strict adherence to McDonald’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance, and maintaining food safety, inventory, and daily maintenance. Prior leadership experience is preferred; applicants must be 18+ to manage in corporate-owned restaurants.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations to ensure fast, accurate service and great customer experience.
• Lead and supervise crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate handoffs to next shift.
• Ensure food safety, inventory management, and daily maintenance.
• Maintain safety and security and manage scheduling.
• Train team members and support departmental goals.
